At the heart of Bonifacio is Te'kila,  the biggest tequila library in the country. The name "Te'kila'' was chosen because the business specializes in an extensive and curated selection of tequilas, offering its guests a diverse and exciting experience with the iconic Mexican spirit.

Driven by passion for tequila, the concept behind the restaurant-bar is to create a premier destination for tequila enthusiasts by offering the most curated and extensive premium tequila list in the country: “We aim to provide a unique and immersive experience where guests can explore the diverse world of tequila, from renowned brands to hidden gems, all expertly selected to showcase the best that each spirit has,” shares Atty. What makes a good tequila?

They’re beautifully and expertly crafted bottles that bring an “oomph” to your day. For many, tequila drinks make get-togethers more lively and gastronomic experiences more vibrant. In the Philippines, the world-famous drink has gained a following, embracing its taste as well as the art packaging the tequila.

Putting together the collection of tequila and mezcal took months of thorough selection and meetings with suppliers but for passionate owners, it’s all worth it: “Witnessing our guests embrace and enjoy these new flavors brings a sense of joy and fulfillment, knowing that we're introducing them to something truly special and memorable,” imparts  Atty. Rurik.

“Our best selling premium tequila revolves around Mandala, Dulce Amargura, Don Julio 1942 and Clase Azul. But the most recent brand that is growing in popularity is the Komos Tequila. Also, the Anejo Cristalino and Reposado Rosa are becoming crowd favorites, especially when our clientele is eager to taste something refreshing.”

The rich and complex flavors of Mandala Anejo complement the sweetness of the churros and the indulgent chocolate sauce, creating a delightful dessert pairing.

In the end, sharing a hardworking menu, a massive selection of drinks, and priceless experience is worth it for the Te'kila team. For its five co-owners, starting a bar or restaurant is not just about serving food and drinks; staying true to your vision and embracing challenges with optimism will lead you to incredible opportunities and fulfillment in your business.
