Chairman’s Cabin

The beachfront Chairman’s Cabin is launched as the crowning jewel of the leisure and hospitality attractions at CaSoBe, a haven for leisure seekers in a tourist community. This well-appointed 300-sqm villa is custom-designed for Mr. Pangilinan, Chairman, Landco Pacific and its parent company Metro Pacific Investments Corporation. With four bedrooms and modern amenities, the villa is versatile for relaxation, social gatherings, and business meetings. It also serves as the weekend beachfront home of Mr. Pangilinan. 

For guest bookings, only the three bedrooms along with common area facilities of the Chairman's Cabin are offered from Monday to Thursday. The private suite is reserved exclusively for Mr. Pangilinan.

CaSoBe Lighthouse 

Standing at 15.5 meters with a panoramic 360 degrees viewing deck, the CaSoBe Lighthouse was presented as the sprawling property’s newest landmark. It serves as a beacon to guide residents, tourists, and visitors to CaSoBe as the place they can call home.
