At Brasserie on 3, the Filipino tradition of gathering around the table takes center stage with Filipinas, a multi-course tasting menu created by seven female chefs.
Drawing inspiration from cherished family recipes, home cooks, and culinary memories passed down through generations, the menu presents distinctly Filipino flavors through a contemporary lens. Highlights include etag na tokwa’t baboy, tuna kilawin, Maya Maya at Alugbati, and baka, gata, laing.
More than a dining experience, Filipinas pays tribute to the women and traditions that have shaped Filipino households, transforming familiar flavors and memories into an elevated culinary journey.
A Sophisticated Take on the Filipino Siesta
The beloved Filipino midday pause gets a luxurious reinterpretation at C Lounge with Heures d’Orange, an immersive afternoon tea experience inspired by Hermès and created in collaboration with The Amenity Studio.
Extended until October 31, 2026 following its strong reception, the experience begins with a fragrance discovery featuring five Hermès scents, each thoughtfully paired with a corresponding tea selection. Guests can choose from Eau d’Orange Verte, Eau de Basilic Pourpre, Voyage d’Hermès, Eau de Merveilles, or Terre d’Hermès.
The experience is completed by an elegant assortment of artisanal pastries, delicate confections, and savory creations prepared by Conrad Manila’s award-winning pastry team.
