Tino del Rosario was the Assistant Secretary of the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office. He holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University and furthered his expertise with a master’s degree in Politics and Government from St. John’s University in New York.
With a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in legislative affairs, Tino has dedicated his career to bridging communication between the executive and legislative branches of government, contributing to effective policymaking and governance.
His strategic insights and comprehensive understanding of political dynamics have made him a valued leader in the public sector.
When asked what is his greatest achievement, Tino answered, “I don’t really consider any achievements to be greater than or less than any other — whether it’s getting a job you really wanted or just finding the name of a movie or book after trying to remember it for days.”
Tino’s philosophy in life is simple yet powerful: “You won’t know until you try.” He believes that taking action and embracing the unknown is the key to growth and discovery, reminding us that every experience, whether successful or not, offers valuable lessons.
In all aspects of his life, Tino exemplifies a deep commitment to public service, a passion for continuous learning, and a belief in the power of taking risks to drive positive change. He reminds us that the true essence of growth lies not in perfection but in the courage to step forward, face the unknown, and make a difference. Through persistence, humility, and a willingness to learn, we can all contribute to shaping a brighter future.
