President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. will deliver the Opening Keynote at the Manila Tech Summit 2025, the flagship gathering of the FinTech Alliance Philippines, on August 26 at the Grand Ballroom, Shangri-La The Fort. The two-day summit, running from August 26 to 27, will bring together policymakers, regulators, CEOs, startup founders, and global experts to advance the country’s digital finance and innovation agenda under the theme “Forging a New Global Order: Risks and Opportunities Redefined.”
President Marcos is expected to highlight the importance of strategic global partnerships, inclusive digital transformation, and resilient economic frameworks as the Philippines navigates new technological and geopolitical landscapes. His keynote will set the tone for discussions on how the country can harness innovation to drive growth, expand financial access, and strengthen trust in the digital economy.
Hosted by FinTech Alliance PH, representing over 130 member institutions that collectively drive more than 95% of the country’s digital transaction volumes, the summit will spotlight the Philippines’ growing momentum in digital transformation, financial inclusion, cybersecurity, and open finance.

Global experts will also share insights on AI in financial services, embedded finance, and real-time fraud defenses.
