Live updates on the 2019 Golden Globes winners

The 2019 Golden Globes will be hosted by two of the biggest TV stars of today: Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh. They will be joined on stage by Hollywood’s most talented, with  celebrity presenters like Harrison Ford, Dick Van Dyke, Chadwick Boseman, and Halle Berry.

The past year was saturated with great movies, but with a total of six nominations, it seems like Adam McKay’s Dick Cheney biopic “Vice” leads the pack. Among the most talked about and celebrated flicks this year, “Black Panther” and “Crazy Rich Asians” have earned nods as it breaks history and emphasizes inclusivity in the industry.

Alfonso Cuaron’s “Roma” and Wes Anderson’s “Isle of Dogs” are also two masterpieces we hope would bring home awards today. As for Bradley Cooper, there’s no better way to confirm the success of his directorial debut with “A Star Is Born” earning five nods.
