For the past four years FitFlop has been partnering with ICanServe Foundation every October. It is a non-stock, non-profit foundation that advocates for breast cancer awareness by providing high-impact information campaigns, community-based screening programs, and a support group of breast cancer survivors to guide patients in their journey toward wellness.

Studies show that the Philippines has one of the highest incidence rates of breast cancer in Asia, affecting one in 13 Filipinas. Through this partnership, FitFlop hopes to improve the quality of life for women afflicted with breast cancer. To promote an active lifestyle in a fun and engaging way, FitFlop is staging the Urban Walkathon on Mar. 24, 2019 at Central Park, SM by the Bay, Mall of Asia Complex.

Exciting activities and features such as foam machines, 3D art, and inflatables, among others await the participants. Through this fundraiser, we can help the ICanServe Foundation in their breast cancer awareness campaigns.

The initiative is actually in line with the brand’s #GoTheExtraMile campaign, which encourages commuters to incorporate more walking into their day. However they choose to exercise, FitFlop stands by their ergonomically engineered pairs to support its users with maximum comfort and confidence.

Interested parties and individuals may register for the Urban Walkathon at any FitFlop store in Metro Manila until Mar. 23. The registration fee is P600.
