Japanese footwear giant ABC-MART to open flagship store in BGC

Filipinos’ love for Japanese culture is undeniable. From food to fashion to lifestyle and design, it’s no wonder many of us keep flying back to Tokyo and Osaka. It’s not just for the sights, but for the shopping too. With many brands from Japan already finding a home in Manila, another favorite is joining the list. 

ABC-MART, the Japanese footwear retail giant, is officially coming to Manila. Frequent travelers to Japan and ABC-MART stores will be happy to know that they will soon find a familiar store much closer to home and will no longer have to travel far to find a wide selection of shoes from all the world’s top brands.

Through a strategic joint venture, SONAK Retail Group and ABC-MART have forged a partnership that will change the Philippine retail landscape. ABC-MART will soon bring the much-anticipated retail experience to Filipino consumers, starting with the opening of ABC-MART Grand Stage and ABC-MART Standard in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Fall 2025.

 

 

Grand Stage is ABC-MART’s premium concept, designed to deliver a specialized, upscale, and elevated retail experience. It focuses on offering top-tier products and exclusive special releases. In contrast, the Standard Concept Store caters to a broader audience, providing a wide variety of collections for everyday footwear and casual wear.

As the ultimate destination for style and selection, ABC-MART Grand Stage in BGC will span over 750 square meters across two floors and will offer a wide, meticulously curated collection, including limited-edition releases from leading brands: Nike, Adidas, ASICS, Puma, New Balance, Skechers, Timberland, Vans, Crocs, Salomon, and many more.

Both ABC-MART Grand Stage and ABC-MART Standard are set to expand across the Philippines throughout 2025 and beyond.
