Phoebe Fructuoso is a passionate advocate for survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV), driven by her personal experience as a gang-rape survivor. As the CEO of Mad Media Manila, an influencer marketing agency, and the founder of PAVE Philippines, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering survivors, Phoebe has profoundly impacted the lives of many. She is unwavering in her commitment to shifting the stigma away from victims and placing it where it truly belongs — on the perpetrators.

When asked about her definition of success, Phoebe explained, “To me, success isn’t solely about professional achievements or recognition, although they do have their place. I connect more with the concept of ‘fruitfulness,’ as defined by Robert Fergusson of Hillsong Church — leaving a lasting, positive impact on others.” This perspective highlights her belief that true success comes from creating positive, lasting change in the lives of others, rather than focusing solely on personal gain or public recognition.

For Phoebe, her greatest achievement is witnessing each survivor reclaim their voice and rediscover their true identity in Christ, free from the weight of shame. There is nothing more moving to her than seeing individuals rise from the depths of trauma, embrace their worth, and find the strength to share their stories. These moments fill her heart with overwhelming joy, deep gratitude, and a profound sense of purpose.

Phoebe’s life philosophy is rooted in her faith, guided by Matthew 6:33, which she believes anchors her life. She trusts that when God is prioritized, everything else falls into place. She attributes her success not to personal effort alone but to her unwavering choice to place God at the center of her life, allowing her to serve others with humility and gratitude.

When Phoebe reflects on her accomplishments, she attributes them not to personal effort alone, but to the steadfast choice to place God at the center of her life. This mindset highlights a profound sense of gratitude and humility, demonstrating how faith can be a transformative force in both personal and professional realms.

Phoebe’s journey is a testament to the transformative power of faith, resilience, and compassion.

Her unwavering dedication to survivors of Gender-Based Violence and her tireless work through PAVE Philippines serve as a beacon of hope for those who need it most. As she continues to live out her mission, Phoebe’s legacy will not be defined by titles or accolades, but by the lives she touches, the voices she amplifies, and the healing she catalyzes.

In the years to come, as she leads with purpose and deep faith, Phoebe’s impact will ripple through generations, creating a world where every survivor can rise, reclaim their strength, and step into their true identity, free from fear and shame. The future she envisions is one of profound transformation — one rooted in love, justice, and the unshakable belief that healing is possible, and that hope never fades.
