“I spoke with other dermatologists, and they say that skin maturity peaks at 18 years old,” Dr. Vitas shared, “After that, collagen production slowly declines, starting at around 25. Retinol is a great anti-aging product, and I advise my patients to start using it in their mid-20s.”
